  12. I have had an A500 which has worked flawlessly for the past couple of
  13. years. I also have a Commodore 128 set up and I interchange the
  14. computers whith the 1080 monitor, modem, ect.

  16. Unfortunately, I plugged my C128 power supply into the amiga. THe cord
  17. ends look very similiar and after I realized it and pulled it out
  18. fast!

  20. After I plugged in the amiga supply and fired it up I noticed a burnt
  21. smell, but the computer seemed to be operating properly. However, when
  22. I went to use the "say it" utility I could hardly hear the voice, then
  23. the computer crashed and I got a guru #.

  25. This also happened when I went to play Sinbad and the Falcon of the
  26. Thrown. The program fuctioned properly, but the sound was barely
  27. audible. It crashed about 10 seconds into the introduction.

  29. If someone could help me identify what could possibly be wrong? I am
  30. not technically an expert with this machine, but I am capable of
  31. replacing and soldering chips if someone could help me determine which
  32. chip needs to be replaced I would be very appreciative!
